18 Day Intensive
IFPA Certified Personal Trainer, Author and Speaker, Larenzo Reid, of UC Fitness, is offering an 18 Day Intensive life changing program!
Imagine losing a dress size in 30 days. Lose weight, Lose Body Fat, Lose Dress Sizes and Feel Great with more Energy. We will do Resistance, Plyometerics, Flexibility and Aerobic training. Plus you will receive Nutritional Guidance, weekly Monitoring and much more.
This 4 week program is based on your schedule. We’ll workout for 2 hours each session. You will commit to 30 minutes of Cardio, 1 hour Personal Training and then 30 more minutes of Cardio. You will be scheduled for 5 days the first week; 4 days the second week; 5 days the third week; and then 4 days the fourth week.
