My Story!!!!!
How did this happen to Me!!!!
  
  After living a lifestyle of intense daily exercise in sports and the Marine Corps, I broke my ankle in 1998. I was operated on and then notified that I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. I then went through 8 months of rehab, but I still could not complete a manidatory 3 mile run in order to remain in the Marine Corps. The Marines then issued me a Honorable Medical Discharge. Hiding my depression, I then went on to work for 7 different companies, until December 2002. During that time I was in Boston training TSA recruits, at Logan Airport. One evening, after showering, I walked past the mirror in my room and saw this nearly 300lbs guy. I was floored and disgusted, but motivated. I flew to the store to buy some gym clothes and began to hit the weights. Although I had been training others since 1993, the weight didn't come off like I expected. Wondering what changed I realized that I had become older, that I wasn't as active as before, I ate junk and processed foods alot and most importantly, what took 4yrs to put on wasn't coming off in 2 months. But it didn't sit well with me that I had to work for 4yrs to get it off so I went to work on the UC Fitness System.
I had watched my wife and others go on FAD programs like Atkins, Southbeach, Weight-watcher, diet pills and many others, only to see them lose the weight, then gain it back plus some extra. That is not what I wanted! So after some intense research and experimenting I came up with an Action Plan and dropped 50lbs, also my body fat went from 40% to 18% in just 8 months! What did I do? I went back to the basic foundation of Calories in - Calories out = weight-loss or gain. I discovered certain types, methods and combination of exercises that promoted muscle growth and body sculpting. And most importantly I discovered certain foods that will increase your bodies ability to lose fat. I NOW WANT TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU!!!!!<>
Larenzo Reid served for over eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he received many promotions and honors. As a Platoon Sgt. he was directly responsible for the health of his troops.
