My wife and I just wanted to write you a note to say "thank you" for all you have done for us. In just 6 months you have totally changed our bodies and energy levels. I wanted to make changes to feel better, and to be a better father to my 3 year old son. What is amazing is that my wife and I had opposite goals, and you have us both going the direction we need to go. I needed to lose weight and shape up, while she needed to gain weight and get stronger. We were able to do this without missing one session due to injury, and at 45 years old that is remarkable and speaks volumes of your knowledge and expertise. While I still have about 10 or 20 pounds to go, I know that will happen in the coming months by sticking with your program. My wife looks great, and I have to be honest that I now enjoy buying tighter shirts and feel good about wearing them. But more importantly, as the owner of a busy dental practice, I have never felt better at the office.

Dear Larenzo,
I want to let everyone know how UC Fitness has changed my life. As a
Registered Nurse, I value the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I came to you
wanting to learn how to lift weights and increase muscle tone. I was amazed at
the change of my bodyfat in just six months. At first I would moan and groan at
the thought of three workouts a week. I can truely say that has changed. I now
look forward to working out with you each week. You have made me more aware of
the importance of good nutrition coupled with proper weight training. I realize
it is the positive attitude, energetic smile, and professional guidance you
constantly give that keeps a client motivated to reach their goals!
I started with you on May 19,2003. My bodyfat was 30.1%, weight 130lbs,
chest 36, waist 29, hips 39, thighs 24. Six months later on November 24, 2003 my
bodyfat was 22.7%, weight 119lbs, chest 34, waist 25, hips 36, thighs 21. WOW!!
Thank you for helping me reach my gaols. Thanks to UC Fitness I have continued
